Since 2011, Aaron has been working closely with the clientele and owners of many small businesses, most of which consists of residential and commercial remodeling. During that time, he has either naturally progressed or has been hired into leadership roles in each of the businesses he’s worked for.
Aaron enjoys working with clients to understand their desires and uses graphical tools from pencil and paper to computer aided design in order to demonstrate and present options.
Aaron maintains an journeyman license in Idaho and Colorado and enrolls regularly in accredited online courses focused on furthering his knowledge and understanding of business administration and corporate business tools.
The team at Lighting on Demand is composed of meticulously qualified and vetted apprentices, journeymen and administrative staff, who’s privacy will be respected without revealing any names.
